The delux bearing group was founded in 1969 and today has a turnover of us $ 21 million. We have continuously increased our product range to incorporate a wide range of ball, roller and thrust bearings. In 1980, we diversified to incorporate a range of parts for textile spinning machinery. For our dedicated efforts towards exports the government of india has given us export house status. Our products are exported to developed countries like USA, canada, germany and other european countries.

Our range of bearings are exported to germany, italy, denmark, finland, argentina. We also manufacture bearings for customised, niche-based applications.

Manufacturing facilities:

We are a manufacturers of high quality bearings having our plants certified for ISO 9001-2000/ts 16949 by international agency. Our factories use world-class equipemnt like single chucking machines and multi spindle automats. The critical heat-treatment plants have both salt bath and oil fired furnaces for through hardening and case carborising.

Grinding is done on a range of machinery from voumard, nova, famir diskus& cinncinnati. The vibratory, super finishing process gives our bearings extra service life. Jet washing& oiling machines ensure dust free supply.

We have a fully air-conditioned& dust controlled assembly as well as a fully equipped test laboratory.

Quality assurance:

The quality assurance management system conforms to the ISO 9002 requirement, certified by tuv-bayren, germany. Also now all our facalities are ts 16949 also.
Inspection is done at every process stage of the product using patern, tally round and testing rings. Control plans and a failure mode effect analysis are also prepared. OEM Service:
